We are open from 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday all year, except for Bank Holidays, 1 week between Christmas and New Year and a maximum of 5 inset days per academic year.

Additional Charges/Donations

• Snack (£1.00) & Resources (£1.00) donation (Total: £2.00) – You may opt out of this charge and provide your child/ren with their own snack. Resources donation will still apply unless opt out discussed with the manager.

•  Cooked Lunches (£3.15) – Cooked lunches can be provided at an additional £3.15 per meal, if your child/ren does not have cooked lunches a packed lunch must be provided.

•  Nappy Disposal (£1.00) – You may opt out of this charge and nappies will be sent home.

•  It is the responsibility of parents to provide breakfast and food for tea time (where applicable), if these items are forgotten and Willow has to provide them a £1.75 charge per meal will be incurred. It is also the parent’s responsibility to provide nappies and sun cream, if these items need to be provided by Willow a 50p charge per nappy and 25p per sun cream application will be incurred.

A maximum of 15 hours (Early Years Entitlement) or 30 hours (Extended Entitlement) per week can be claimed and no more than the maximum number of hours for that funding period.
You will pay for any hours over this amount at the hourly rate - £6.42 (Under 2 rate), £6.26 (2 year old rate) & £6.15 (Over 3 rate).
Additional services e.g. early start (7.30am-8am) & later finishes (4pm-4.30pm & 5.30pm-6pm), snack, resources and hot lunches are not covered by the Early Years Entitlement.
